Ioanna grew up in the hospitality industry\, working in her family’s business part-time through school. She went on to obtain her CPA\, CA designation and worked at KPMG in audit and university recruitment for the Montreal & Toronto offices. As a hotel manager she sees their integration into the workplace and sees the challenges that companies face. In short\, near the students\, she can see the generational differences\, their needs\, their motivations and their expectations VS previous generations. \n  \nIlda Palermo\, Director of Talent & Culture\, Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel. \nIlda Palermo s’est jointe au Fairmont Queen Elizabeth en 2008. Lors du grand projet de rénovation de l’hôtel Reine Elizabeth\, elle a dirigé le plan des ressources humaines pour la fermeture de l’hôtel et la réouverture: négociations de 2 conventions collectives: restructuration et embauche de 400 nouveaux collègues. Ses points forts sont les relations de travail\, les négociations\, la santé et la sécurité. \nIlda Palermo joined the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in 2008. During the major renovations project at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel \, she headed the HR plan for closure of the hotel and the re-opening\, negotiations of 2 collective agreements\, restructuring and hiring close to 400 new colleagues. Her strengths are labor relations\, negotiations\, health and safety. \n  \nPierre Laramée\, Consultant\, Lafond Gestion \nPierre Laramée est conseiller spécial\, stratégie d’affaires chez Lafond\, une organisation qui offre aux chefs d’entreprises un accompagnement 360° dans le développement de stratégies pour atteindre leurs objectifs financiers face à leurs enjeux de gestion. En réponse à la pénurie de main-d’oeuvre qui se dessinait\, il a mené en 2015 une réflexion sur la nécessité de maintenir en poste les travailleurs vieillissants et d’implanter des pratiques de cohabitation intergénérationnelle au sein des entreprises\, qui a conduit au développement d’une offre de services intégrée. \nIl a été cofondateur de l’agence de publicité Tam-Tam\, où il a agi à titre de créatif et de dirigeant pendant 16 ans\, dont 7 ans en tant que président.
