VIRTUAL – Contracts and RFPs… they are a changin’…or are they? Part II
Date: June 2, 2022
Time: 1:00pm – 2:00pm EST
Location: Zoom
Description:
Last year we hosted an education session on where we were with Contracts and RFPs as we moved into a Post COVID-19 World. As we return back to full capacity events and release of restrictions, Contracts and RFPs processes are still very much “hot topics” in our industry. In this session, we will continue the discussion around … Have venues updated their contracts? What clauses should planners discuss when negotiating? How do planners capture our technology and duty of care needs in RFPs? Have the electronic RFP tools been updated? We are all still moving through this together and it helps when we can share and learn from each other.
PCMA Canada East Chapter has organized a cross-section of industry experts to share recent experiences with RFPs and CONTRACTS ….what they have seen, current challenges, and what they believe will help us move forward better in the future.
